10 days back, I decided to stay away from coffee for a week just for the heck of it. The plan was to abstain for a week and simply resume later. It turned out to be pretty easy. From the first day, whenever I wanted to drink something hot, I started making chocolate instead of coffee. Now its more than 10 days and I don't feel the need for coffee any more! But it is a bit hard to manage without chocolate!! :p
